Starter includes 100/month (+$0.99 overage). Pro includes unlimited conversations at $399/month with no overage. Enterprise includes 1,000 conversations/month (shared pool) across 5 sites (+$59/extra site), with +$0.49/conversation overage.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties, no friction.
Poniq is priced per site, not per seat. You can have unlimited team members (coaches, admins) on a single plan with no extra cost. This makes it especially powerful for small teams managing high-traffic sites.
Your conversation history, playbooks, and insights are retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export all data in CSV format at any time. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you receive a full refund. After 30 days, the remaining months are non-refundable but you retain full access until the period ends.
