Third-party providers Poniq uses to host and deliver the Site and Service.

Poniq, Inc. (“Poniq”) is an independent California corporation founded in 2025. Poniq uses the third-party service providers listed below (“Subprocessors”) to host, operate, secure, and support the Poniq marketing Site (poniq.ai) and the Poniq AI sales agent platform (app.poniq.ai, cdn.poniq.ai, and related infrastructure).
Data residency: Poniq configures Subprocessors to use United States regions for storage and processing of personal information, unless otherwise noted below or required by a specific customer agreement.
This list applies when Poniq processes personal information as a controller (e.g., waitlist, account holders, Site visitors) or as a processor on behalf of customers (e.g., conversation data in the Service). It does not list third parties that you connect as integrations (Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n, etc.); those are independent services under your agreements and our Privacy Policy Section 4.2.
We require Subprocessors to process personal information only on our instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Enterprise customers with a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may receive notice of material Subprocessor changes as described in the DPA. Contact legal@poniq.ai or privacy@poniq.ai for DPA requests.

We contractually restrict AI providers from using Customer Data to train general-purpose models except as permitted in our agreements with you.
